6-Month Limited Warranty

Effective September 30, 2026

Raleigh Pickleball Co. warrants its new pickleball paddles against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the original delivery date. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and to paddles purchased directly from Raleigh Pickleball Co.

What is covered

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the paddle’s intended function during normal personal use. Covered defects may include material separation, structural failure, or other workmanship issues that were not caused by impact, misuse, alteration, or ordinary wear.

Our remedy

After reviewing an eligible claim, Raleigh Pickleball Co. may, at its option, repair the paddle or replace it with the same model. If the same model is unavailable, we may provide a reasonably comparable replacement or refund the original purchase price. A repaired or replacement paddle remains covered for the balance of the original six-month warranty period.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including worn grip tape, surface texture wear, scratches, chips, fading, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect playability.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage, impact with the ground or another object, unauthorized repair, or modification.
  • Damage caused by exposure to temperatures below 40°F or above 120°F, including storage in a vehicle.
  • Loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
  • Commercial, rental, demonstration, second-grade, or blemished products.
  • Minor rattling that does not affect performance.
  • Paddle covers, apparel, and accessories, which are not covered by this paddle warranty.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us through the Contact page within the warranty period.
  2. Include your order number or other proof of purchase, clear photos or video of the issue, and a short description of how it occurred.
  3. Keep the product until we provide claim and shipping instructions. Do not return a product without authorization.

For an approved warranty claim within the United States, Raleigh Pickleball Co. will cover reasonable standard shipping costs associated with the authorized remedy. Shipping costs for products found not to have a covered defect may be the customer’s responsibility.

Legal rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
