Shipping and returns
Order processing time is 2 to 3 days and up to a week, depending on order volume. Pre-order items will have estimated ship dates listed. Please be aware that Raleigh Pickleball Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/ missing packages. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct address. Returns are accepted for defect paddles We offer a 30-calendar-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused pickleball paddles purchased through the Raleigh Pickleball Co. website.
Warranty
We offer a 6 month warranty for all paddles from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal usage. Warranty Exclusions include: Damages from improper use, normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, or modifications made after purchase. Paddles lost or stolen, faded graphics, worn grip tape, or wear and tear from regular play. Use of the paddle in temperatures below 40°F, or above 120°F (e.g., in a car). Rattling noises (as they do not impact performance). Paddles used in commercial applications or rentals, sold as demos, or as second-grade blemished paddles. Paddle covers are not covered under warranty.
